梁宝昌，职务 总工程师，黑龙江省优秀党员，高级工程师，毕业于大庆石油学院。1943年3月出生于辽宁省本溪市；1968年7月毕业于大庆石油学院石油地质系，当时被分配到油田钻井二大队担任技术员；1975年3月调入钻井研究所（现钻井工程技术研究院）从事取芯工艺技术研究，长达30余年的取芯工作，是大庆油田取芯工艺技术奠基人，为大庆油田取芯事业的发展做出过特殊贡献。先后获得省部级和局部级科研成果奖励13项，两次获得省部级劳动模范称号。现任大庆达美石油机械厂总工程师。自1975年3月调入钻井研究所以来，梁宝昌一直从事取芯工艺技术研究，于1983年，担任“压力密闭取芯工具研究”项目组组长。在此期间，他带领科研人员认真总结利用国外先进取芯技术，结合大庆油田的地址特点，刻苦钻研，用了3年的时间实现了“压力密闭取芯工具”的国产化。并且设计出的取芯工具性能优于进口产品，而价格却只有进口产品的三分之一。与此同时，有研发出CCH型密闭液和配套取芯技术，从而确定了大庆油田取芯技术水平在国内的领先地位。该项成果荣获了集团公司科学技术进步二等奖、局优秀科技成果一等奖，因此他个人也获得了黑龙江省、集团公司劳动模范的称号。

赵景军，职务 厂长，学历 研究生。1998年毕业于哈尔滨师范大学经济学研究生班。曾在大庆钻井研究院科研工作十年，致力于钻井工具的研发，先后参与研制“双向钻井减振器”，该项目获得国家发明三等奖。在此基础上，独立完善创新成“金属橡胶双向钻井减振器”已获得国家专利，现投入深井使用。目前累计已荣获国家个人专利7项。2001年组建了大庆市达美石油机械申达取芯技术中心，该企业为大庆福利企业总公司解决残疾人就业问题做出了很大的贡献，解决就业人员达30人以上。此后，又研制成专利新产品“防倒扣取芯工具3000型”、“防倒扣取芯工具5000型”、“防倒扣取芯工具7000型”，“水平井取芯工具 庆申98-II SP”、“127小井眼取芯工具”该项试验已经成功，现已批量生产，并投入海内外市场使用，深得各大油田的一致好评。“压力平衡密闭取芯工具”、“金刚石焊条”该两项专利的研制是与哈尔滨工业大学通力合作的成果，是技术研发的结晶，试验已成功，金刚石的分解率已取得约10%。
