大庆达美取芯技术网隶属于大庆市达美石油装备制造有限公司，成立于1980年，其前身是大庆会战钻探指挥部钻井技术研究所，1995年大庆油田带资分流，改制成现在的股份制企业。是大庆油田所属企业，且在国际首先实现取芯工具整体防腐磷化处理工艺，我中心集取芯工具、设计、制造、技术服务为一体的专业化厂家，现有高级工程师4名，工程师6名，技工25人。我中心产品在大庆油田应用40年，先后开发出“深井防倒扣常规取芯工具”、“密闭取芯工具”、“液压密闭取芯工具”、“浅层液压常规取芯工具”、“水平井取芯工具”、“斜井取芯工具”、“小直径取芯工具（φ121取芯工具、φ127取芯工具、φ133取芯工具、φ140取芯工具、φ168取芯工具）”，从1998年“葡深—Ⅰ井”（4500m）到徐家围子气田汇战，深度超过4000米，取芯井达87口，收获率达99.8%，密闭取芯近150口，取芯收获率达95%，密闭率达98%。井深从500m-5500m。青海冷湖石膏岩取芯收获率达56%。天然金刚石孕镶钻头在雄安新区地热井3500m（含石英花岗岩）取芯进尺速度每小时0.5m进尺，收获率100%的好成绩。河北地矿第四水文工程地质大队3000m两口全井取芯，弹性胶质泥岩取芯收获率达80%。长庆油田下寺湾3300m砾石性破碎硬地层取芯收获率达85%，密闭率达90%。我单位先后为国内各大油田，各大钻井公司提供近百次服务，受到五普、四川、大港、吉林、新疆、长庆、山东胜利、天津地热勘察开发设计院、河北地矿、山东地矿、内蒙古煤田、山西煤田、山东科瑞、香港中科百田、北京华油以及国外十几个国家的好评。产品出口俄罗斯，哈萨克，乌克兰，美国，苏丹，哥伦比亚等十五个国家。获得专利8项，是中国两大取芯专业公司之一（在中国只有四川管理局川庆取芯与我们大庆油田取芯是两只专业队伍）。

Daqing Damei coring technology network belongs to Daqing Damei Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd,it was established in 1980. Its predecessor was the Drilling Technology Research Institute of Daqing World War Drilling Command. In 1995, Daqing Oilfield was diverted with capital and transformed into a joint-stock enterprise. Daqing Oilfield affiliated enterprises, and in the international first to achieve coring tools overall anti-corrosion phosphating treatment process, our center set coring tools, design, manufacturing, technical services as one of the professional manufacturers, the existing senior engineers 4, engineers 6, technicians 25. Our center products have been applied in Daqing Oilfield for 40 years, and have developed "deep well anti-inversion conventional coring tools", "closed coring tools", "hydraulic sealing coring tools", "shallow hydraulic conventional coring tools", "horizontal well coring tools", "inclined well coring tools", "small diameter coring tools" (121 coring tools, 127 coring tools, 133 coring tools, 140 coring tools). Coring tools and 168 coring tools". From Pushen-I well (4500m) to Xujiaweizi gas field in 1998, the depth exceeded 4000 meters, with 87 coring wells reaching 99.8%, nearly 150 sealed coring wells reaching 95% and 98%. The well depth ranges from 500m to 5500m. The core recovery rate of Qinghai Lenghu gypsum rock is 56%. The natural diamond impregnated bit has achieved good results in taking core footage of 3500m (quartz-bearing granite) in geothermal wells of Xiongan New Area at a speed of 0.5m footage per hour with a yield of 100%. The core recovery rate of elastic colloid mudstone is 80% in two wells of 3000m in the fourth hydro-engineering Geological Brigade of Hebei Geological Mine. Coring recovery and sealing rate of 3300m gravelly fractured hard formation in Xiasiwan, Changqing Oilfield coring recovery rate is 85% and Core sealing rate is 90%. Our unit has provided early a hundred services for major oil fields and drilling companies in China. It has received high praise from Wupu, Sichuan, Dagang, Jilin, Xinjiang, Changqing, Shandong Shengli, Tianjin Geothermal Exploration and Design Institute, Hebei Geological Mine, Shandong Geological Mine, Inner Mongolia Coalfield, Shanxi Coalfield, Shandong Kerui, Hong Kong Zhongke Baitian, Beijing Huayou and more than a dozen foreign countries. Products are exported to Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, the United States, Sudan, Colombia and other 15 countries. Eight patents have been granted, which is one of the two major coring companies in China (only Chuanqing Coring Company of Sichuan Administration and our Daqing Oilfield Coring Company are two professional teams in China).
